A versatile 100 mm (nominal) x 45 mm 'centre pocket' glazed framing system suitable for shopfront, entry door & general framing applications.

Types

• Fixed window & shopfront
• Pivot, hinged & sliding doors, standard profiles - 45 mm deep, heavy duty profiles – 70 mm deep
• Awning / casement window (incorporating 048 & 265 Series sashes)
• Top hung inswing (T.H.I.S.) window (incorporating 150 Series sashes)

Features

• Heavy walled profiles provide a solid base for the support of hinges, door closers etc
• A unique gasket retention system that firmly secures the glazing gasket into the pocket
• Internal or external glazing depending on the project requirements and location of the removable beads
• Rolled (arched) frame possible in limited applications
• Accommodates 5 mm – 11.52 mm glass
• An extensive range of accessories including sub-framing, thresholds, midrails and coupling mullions (22½°, 30°, 45°, 60° & 90°) are available
• Compatible with 165 Series (100 mm), 445 & 450 Series framing

Hardware

• Extruded PVC and/or santoprene glazing gaskets
• Assorted locks, closers, handles & other associated door furniture

Limitations

• Vertical spans for fixed glass not to exceed 3 metres (guide only)
• Horizontal spans for fixed glass not to exceed 2 metres (guide only)
